Is the Club ever open to the public?
There is no "Open" shooting permitted by non-members. "Open" shooting privileges at the Club are available to Club members only. However, the Club regularly conducts events and provides training that is open to the general public:

Trap shooting on Friday nights from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Trap and 5-Stand on Saturday Mornings from 9AM until 1PM are open to the public. Other public events, like Sporting Clays, are listed on the Home page and our Training and Education programs are listed on our Education Page.

Recurring monthly events include Archery matches on the first Sunday of the month from January through October, Rifle/ Pistol match shooting each 2nd Sunday of the month, and Muzzleloading matches the 3rd Sunday of the month.

Keep in mind that these events are matches, not open shooting!

How do I contact someone at the Club?
The best way is to e-mail one of the officers or department chairperson on the Contacts page. You may also call the Club at 630-466-9711 and leave a message for the appropriate department. Note that the Club is operated through members who are kind enough to donate their time as volunteers. Therefore, do not expect someone to answer the phone and messages may not be returned in a timely manner. The Club does not mail out literature or brochures as all information is available on the website.

How do I make reservations to participate in a CMP High Power Clinic?
Please view the CMP page at this site. Reservations are made by calling the Club phone number at a specific time on a specific date. The times are given on the CMP page.
