Pistol Matches

The Aurora Sportsmen's Club has an active Bullseye group. Although the Bullseye 2018 season has come to a close, we will again be hosting several matches and events for 2019 (see our 2019 flier).

All listed events are open to the public.

NRA Approved 1800 Open Division Bullseye Match

For 2019, ASC will be hosting two NRA approved 1800 conventional pistol matches. These will be NRA approved, so scores will be submitted to the NRA for shooter classification purposes. These are open division only matches. We will include a Service Pistol EIC leg match and a .22 Rimfire Pistol EIC leg match as part of these events for those interested in working towards their distinguished pistol badges. Space is limited, so reservations are recommended.

  • When: 5/11/2018 and 8/10/2018
  • Where: 50 yard range
  • Detailed Information: see the spring and fall 1800 fliers (these are the 2018 fliers - they will be updated shortly for 2019), or contact Ralph Wilson at  bullseye@aurorasc.org.

NRA Approved Bullseye League

In 2019 ASC will once again host an NRA approved outdoor conventional pistol league. We encourage new and junior shooters to join us.

When: Fourth Saturday of each month between April and September; shooting commences at 10:00 AM.

Where: 50 yard range. For more information see the league flier (again, this is the 2018 flier), or contact  Ralph Wilson at bullseye@aurorasc.org.

Camp Perry Warm-up

On Saturday, June 15, 2019, ASC will be hosting a "Camp Perry Warm-up" activity. This will be a non-registered, non-competition practice session consisting of rolling National Match Courses (pistol only). Shooting will begin at 9:00 AM on the 50 Yard range and continue until ~3:00 PM, or until every one is worn out. Come when you can. Leave when you must. Charge will be $10 range fee for non-members plus $5 per NMC for all shooters. For more information, contact Ralph Wilson at  bullseye@aurorasc.org.
